# Health Check Guide

The Health Check is an automated internal monitoring system. It scans your site's database and configurations to ensure everything is running correctly, helping you prevent system errors before they affect your users.

To run a diagnostic scan of your site, follow these steps:

- Log in as a **Site Administrator.**
- Open the **Side Drawer menu.**
- Click on the **Admin section.**
- Click on the **Health Check button**.

After accessing the Health Check button, you will see that the system display a list of checks:

If the system detects a problem, it will be flagged with a color-coded warning to help you quickly identify the severity of the issue:  
🔴 Red Highlight: Indicates a severe problem that requires immediate attention to prevent system failure, security risks, or data loss.  
🟠 Orange Highlight: Indicates a moderate-to-high severity status. A specific problem has been detected, and Learnexify typically provides a dedicated Health Solution link to fix the issue.  
🟡 Yellow Highlight: Indicates a less critical issue, a notice, or a configuration suggestion intended to optimize your platform’s performance.  
🔵 Blue Highlight: Indicates an informational status. This is not a problem; it simply displays background details or environmental data about your system for your reference.  
🟢 Green Highlight: Indicates a healthy status, confirming that the scanned component is configured correctly and everything is running perfectly.

Resolving Technical Problems:

Learnexify does more than just find problems; it provides the tools to fix them. For every issue found, the system generates a tailored solution.

**Using the Solution Interface:** As shown in the example below, when an error is detected (such as "Unassociated Course Instances found in batch"), the system provides a dedicated Health problem solution page.

**Problem Description:** The system explains exactly what is wrong (e.g., finding Course Instances that are no longer linked to a valid program).

- Click on the heath solution button to see the solution.
- In the Health Solution you will see a clear explanation of what needs to happen to fix the database.
- Click on the Fix this now button to automates the repair process.

- After clicking on 'Fix This Now,' you will see that the problem has been resolved.
